Request a word.
Call or send the number you have in mind. We check 800 and the other toll-free codes, including 833s now being released. If it is in inventory, we will verify pricing, availability, and terms, and get back to you.

Map the inbound path.
Where should the call go at 9 a.m.? At 9 p.m.? Which office? Which mailbox? Recording on or off? Keypad, speech, or an AI agent first?

Provision the number.
The number, the menu, the routing, the recording, and the agent are configured as one setup. You hear it before callers do.

Operate and adjust.
Change the greeting, add a location, or assign a campaign its own number. The system is yours. Staff at Micktel remain available by phone.
