These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Micktel Corporation (“Micktel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Acceptance

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to bind yourself or the business you represent to these Terms. Additional written agreements for services may apply and control if they conflict with these Terms for those services.

Informational Site

The Site is primarily informational. Descriptions of products and services, inventory listings, and pricing indications are for general guidance. They do not constitute an offer until we confirm terms with you in writing or by an accepted order process.

Inventory listings

Number pages and inventory views on the Site are published inventory for marketing and browsing. They are not a live carrier feed. Availability can change without notice. Listings may become unavailable, reserved, or withdrawn. Adult-oriented spellings that appear in inventory may be excluded from search indexing.

Number reservations and pricing

Submitting a contact form or requesting a number is a request, not a completed purchase. Micktel verifies pricing, availability, and applicable terms before any reservation is confirmed. Costs vary by number and service configuration. There is no fixed published fee that guarantees a number. No number is guaranteed to you until we confirm it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site or any Micktel services to:

• Engage in unlawful robocalling, spoofing, or illegal telemarketing
• Commit fraud, phishing, or identity theft
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Distribute illegal content or violate intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive scale, or compromise the Site
• Violate applicable telecommunications, consumer-protection, or privacy laws

We may refuse service, suspend access, or take other appropriate action if we believe these Terms or the law have been violated.

AI voice agents — limitations

Where we provide or enable AI voice agents or related automation, those tools are aids for call handling and workflow. They are not a substitute for human judgment, licensed professional advice, or compliance oversight. You are responsible for prompts, scripts, integrations, training data you supply, and for ensuring your use complies with law (including recording-consent and call-disclosure rules where applicable). Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you should review and supervise deployments appropriate to your risk.

Intellectual property

The Site, including text, design, logos, and compilations of inventory presentation, is owned by Micktel Corporation or its licensors. You may view and use the Site for legitimate business inquiry. You may not copy, scrape for competitive database building, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent, except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MICKTEL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT INVENTORY LISTINGS ARE COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MICKTEL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Micktel Corporation and its personnel from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your use of numbers or AI/call-handling services in a manner that violates law or third-party rights.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the Site lies in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
